Privacy Policy

We are a homeschool family building a tool for homeschool families, and we treat your information the way we would want ours treated. Plain English, no lawyer fog.
What we collect
- Your Google sign-in: name, email, and profile picture. We never see your password.
- What you put in the planner: children's first names and grades, plans, check-offs, grades, and days off. This exists so the planner works, and it is yours.
- Files you upload: teacher guide PDFs and photos, stored privately so our reader can extract your schedule.
- Anonymous usage counters: which steps of the app get used (like "someone printed a week"), with no cookies and no session recordings.
- Ad measurement: the site uses a standard Meta (Facebook) pixel to count visits and sign-ups from our ads. It never sees your children, plans, or grades.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we never do
- We never sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
- We never show your children's information to other families.
- We never use your data to train AI models.
The shared library
When you upload curriculum guides, the extracted schedule (lesson numbers, page references, assignments) may join our shared library so other families who own the same curriculum can use it. Your family's information is never part of that: only the curriculum schedule itself.
Who else touches data
We run on Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (sign-in and our email), Anthropic (the AI that reads your uploaded guides), Stripe (payments), and Meta (ad measurement only). Each sees only what it needs to do its job.
Deleting your data
Settings has a delete option that truly removes your plans, records, and settings from our database. If you also want your account and uploads gone, email us and it happens within a few days.
Children
The account holder is always the parent. We only store what you type about your children (first names and grades), and only so your planner works.
